This is a gif of a dentastix commercial. Every time I see this commercial it cracks me up. I particularly remember the first time that I saw this commercial, it shocked me to see the dog go from normal to smiling with real teeth. I thought it would make for a great gif and I think it turned out well. Being able to use a gestural mode of communication changed the way I designed a gif from the way I designed the meme because I was able to use motion to sort of secure the punchline. In the meme, its one text line at the top and another at the bottom to separate the joke/punchline. Here it is a few seconds of movement that separates the joke and the punchline.
