I used the Youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ff6ghp7iTA and simply added “gif” between www. and youtube.com.  Following the prompts I created the GIF below.

Let me know what you think of it!

I chose to create a meme that related to what a student at Virginia Tech may face during their everyday schedule: weather. My audience is any student and possibly faculty member at Virginia Tech. I think this could be effective, because a highly common topic of conversation at Virginia Tech is almost always it’s ever-changing and unpredictable weather. I have always like the Futurama Fry meme, because it matches my sarcastic type of humor. I’m not sure if it’s as commonly known as other types of memes, but I believe it should be easy to identify with.

The two memes that I created below are about the frustrations of being an accounting major.  The humor in them should be fairly easy to understand, but likely would be funnier to other accounting majors.

I created these memes on memegenerator.com and was frustrated by the limitations of the application.  In the first image, I wish that the font was slightly smaller on top and larger on the bottom.  In the second image, I wish that the text was more proportional to the amount of blank space.
